Shipping policy

Delivery options you choose are based on items in stock at NORD Products, from the time that an order is received and processed. NORD Products cannot ship to the USA or international addresses. 

All items purchased from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you when NORD Products delivers the item to the carrier.  NORD Products and the dealer reserve the right to refuse to replace orders for customers who have made excessive loss and replacement requests determined at the sole discretion of NORD Products.
